DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING WITHIN MAURITIUS
- Shipping within Mauritius is done by post at Rs75, irrespective of the number of items purchased. The package will be delivered by your local post office to your address, or you will be requested to collect your package at the nearest post office.
- Free delivery within Mauritius on purchases amounting to Rs 1200 and more. We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered because of any incorrect delivery information that you have provided or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days, unless otherwise specified in our exchanges with you on a one-to-one basis.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@pyjamafactory.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
SHIPPING TO RODRIGUES
- We ship to Rodrigues via the Mauritius Post Office.
Postage to Rodrigues by sea is at the rate of Rs 40 per kilogram and delivery can be expected within 3 weeks of postage.
- Postage to Rodrigues by air is currently suspended due to COVID. Upon resumption, the rate of postage to Rodrigues by air is at Rs437 for a maximum of 2 kg. Delivery can be expected within 7 to 8 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE
- For international shipping, please drop us an email with details of your order, your full address, and the timeliness of delivery required, on sweetdreams@pyjamafactory.com. We shall get back to you within 24 hours, with the best shipping quote to your destination. Our delivery partner is FEDEX.
- Any custom charges or VAT have to be borne by the customer.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@pyjamafactory.com within 24 hours of placing order.
RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
General rules
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Domestic Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
- Should you wish to return or exchange any product, drop us an email with details of your request within 7 days of receiving the product. Any request sent after 7 days will not be accepted.
- If the cause of the return or exchange is a faulty product, take a picture of the fault and email it to us as part of your return or exchange request. We shall refund you the postage fee of the return upon receipt of the faulty product. In case of an exchange, we shall also waive the postage cost of the exchanged product that we shall be resending to you.
- If the cause of the return is other than a faulty product, we will refund you the cost of the product but not the postage fees.
- Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned. They can nonetheless be altered at no additional cost, once. For any further alterations, there will be associated costs.
- For exchanges or returns, if you received your parcel by post, please use the same postage box, and stick clean labels covering the previous addresses on it, and post back the box to Arvani Ltd, Royal Road, Mare D’Albert, 51006, Mauritius.
- Cancellation should be notified by email prior to the item being shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund you the entire payment you effected to us. Notify us of your cancellation by emailing us on orders@pyjamafactory.com.
Rodrigues Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- We do not manufacture customised products for Rodrigues.
- Items posted to Rodrigues can only be returned for refund. We do not process exchanges for Rodrigues.
- Should you wish to return a product, drop us an email with details of your request within 7 days of receiving the product. Any request sent after 7 days will not be accepted.
- If the cause of the return is a faulty product, take a picture of the fault and email it to us as part of your return request. We shall refund you the postage fee of the return upon receipt of the faulty product along with the entire amount that you initially paid for the product.
